We hope you enjoy your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help! Please follow the steps below for returns and exchanges.
Return & Exchange Windows
A proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip) is required.
Item Condition
Returned items must be in their original condition (unused, in original packaging with all inserts and accessories). We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet these conditions.

Please contact Ministry Care within 10 days of delivery at (855) REASONS / (855) 732-7667 or by emailing [email protected]. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are made to the original method of payment after we receive and inspect your return.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, refunds are issued to the original purchaser.

How to Return by Mail (RMA required)
Before mailing your return, you’ll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Here’s what to do:
- Request an RMA number from our Ministry Care team by calling (855) 732-7667 or emailing [email protected].
- Repack your item and include your RMA number, order/receipt, phone, and email.
- Ship your return via a trackable service to:

Reasons Institute Course Refunds
Refunds for Reasons Institute courses follow a separate policy. Students may request a refund before 5 PM (PT) on the first Friday of the course by emailing [email protected].
