Return Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help! Please follow the steps below for returns and exchanges.


Return & Exchange Windows

  • Refunds: Most merchandise may be returned within 90 days of purchase.
  • Exchanges for defects/damage: Report within 30 days of purchase; we’ll replace the same item.

A proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip) is required.

Item Condition

Returned items must be in their original condition (unused, in original packaging with all inserts and accessories). We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet these conditions.

Nonreturnable/Nonrefundable Items

  • Downloadable/digital items (e.g., ebooks, audio/video downloads)
  • Final-sale items

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received in error or arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, we’ll gladly provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

Please contact Ministry Care within 10 days of delivery at (855) REASONS / (855) 732-7667 or by emailing [email protected]. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are made to the original method of payment after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Credit/debit cards: Processed within 5 business days, plus your bank’s posting time.
  • Check refunds: Mailed within 2–3 weeks of receipt.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, refunds are issued to the original purchaser.

How to Return by Mail (RMA required)

Before mailing your return, you’ll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Here’s what to do:

Reasons Institute Course Refunds

Refunds for Reasons Institute courses follow a separate policy. Students may request a refund before 5 PM (PT) on the first Friday of the course by emailing [email protected].
